A. Payment methods on customs declarations

2. Payment method KC

Customers declare both import or export declarations in case the unit does not use any of the payment methods mentioned in the above section. In addition, if the combined unit uses many different payment methods, it also needs to declare KC and have clear notes on the declaration (in the Value declaration details box).

Return Policy

K-Packing is committed to quality and guarantees products without errors or manufacturing defects. In packaging, the error is not receiving and not accepting. Therefore, when orders arrive at your address, please inspect all items as soon as possible. If we do not receive feedback on defective items within 2 days of your receipt, all items are considered perfect. Any products with quality defects, customers can return new, and unused items within 2 days of feedback from the time you receive the order. During this period, you will need to contact us for proof of purchase (e.g. send a picture of a defective item).

For all defective items, we will apply the following solutions:

A. Discount: 

  • For all minor defects we will give a discount but it will be less than 20%
  • For all major defects we offer two solutions: replacement or refund

B. Replace:

  • When returning a product, you are responsible for all return fees including all shipping costs for the returned product, taxes and duties (please contact support for instructions more)
  • After receiving the returned product, we will re-check, remake the product and ship it back to you as quickly as possible.
  • Replacement products will be shipped to you without product or shipping charges

C. Compensation:

  • When returning a product, you are responsible for all return fees including all shipping costs for the returned product, taxes and duties (please contact support for instructions more).
  • Once we receive the goods, we will process them immediately. Depending on your bank’s processing time, it may take a few days for the money to be transferred back to your account.
  • Please note that you will receive a refund in the original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

*Note: All refunds will be valid for 1 months from the date of issue.
